PITCHING/FOLDING

Quick to pitch. Self-standing tent (place it wherever you like, and if there’s no wind, no need for pegs = ready to use!). Easy to fold thanks to the guide system.

MATTRESS COMPATIBILITY

We recommend you use the tent with the self-inflating or trekking mattress measuring 60 cm maximum. We do not recommend the use of inflating mattresses over 6 cm height in this tent due to the reduction in living space and resistance to condensation.

VENTILATION

1 high air vent at the back and 2 spaces between the flysheet and the floor on each side in the middle of the bedroom to allow a change of air and to reduce the natural phenomenon of condensation as much as possible.

WATERPROOFING

All Quechua tents are validated in a laboratory (whole tent under 200 L/sqm/h for 4 hours), as well as in the field. (2000mm PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape).

WIND RESISTANCE

We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly pitched tent with all guy ropes fitted around the tent must remain habitable in wind speeds up to 50 km/h near the ground (Force 6).

With havin so much content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My website has a lot of completely unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help prevent content from being ripped off? I’d really appreciate it.
